4. Disclaimer

4.1 All services and communication are designed to assist in personal growth and well-being but are not substitutes for professional mental health or medical care.

4.2 Results from coaching and programs are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your active participation and personal effort.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

Digital Products

5.1 Refunds for digital products are allowed within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Once accessed, no refunds will be issued.

1:1 Coaching Services

5.2 Refunds for coaching services may be requested within 7 days after the first session. No refunds are issued after this period, except in cases of documented health or employment challenges, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Retreats

5.3 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a space for retreats. The balance is due 50 days before the start date. Refunds are only provided if your spot is filled, less an administrative fee of $150.

5.4 For solo retreats, you may transfer to an alternative date in the event of a genuine emergency, subject to fees for incurred expenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 You acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for your well-being during sessions, retreats, and programs.

6.2 You agree to disclose any relevant medical or mental health conditions before participating.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Sara Bowman Enterprises is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in programs, retreats, or services.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 All personal information shared in sessions or retreats is confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., reporting abuse or threats of harm).

8.2 While every effort is made to secure electronic communications, you acknowledge the inherent risks of using technology (email, video conferencing, etc.).

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 Sara Bowman Enterprises reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. Updates will take effect upon posting.
